Our traditional style of dentistry & cozy surroundings fosters a unique patient-dentist relationship, while giving attention to detail. Dr. Horowitz has been providing quality dental care for all age groups for many years. She has built a reputation as one who truly takes the time to listen. Her philosophy is not to treat more than one patient at a time, in a calm non-rushed atmosphere.
Dr. Horowitz's husband, Dr. Knoll is an experienced practitioner with an advanced degree in prosthodontics. He can treat all your cosmetic needs and any difficulties you have with dentures, crowns and bridges, implants and TMJ which a general dentist cannot easily manage. A husband and wife team to satisfy a broad spectrum of dental needs.
Dr. Carole S. Horowitz is a general dentist, experienced in all phases of dentistry with all age groups, from toddlers to seniors. She provides an atmosphere that you, as the patient, will be made to feel special.
Dr. Horowitz, has built a reputation as one who truly takes the time to listen and treat your family's needs in a non-rushed, calming atmosphere... an excellent environment for children. Patients rarely have to wait. Each patient is treated one at a time and "receives our undivided attention for as long as it takes to provides the best treatment possible. We pride ourselves on this 'one to one' experience in which we take special care to assure that treatment is rendered thoroughly and gently with attention to detail."
Dr. Carole Horowitz received her degree in May 1985 from Boston University - Henry Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry. She is also hospital trained. Dr. Horowitz completed her residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital and was also a clinical instructor at NYU Dental School. Previous to her career as a dentist, she was a dental hygienist (a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania). In addition to being a dentist, she has a degree in Health Education. Many may be familiar with her well-received fun and informative school programs. She has been speaking for years at local pre-school and elementary schools- with her unique methods of educating children to the importance of good dental health.
Dr. Horowitz has been practicing dentistry in the local community for a long time and has a social and responsible background. She is involved with dental continuing education groups and has attended the Pankey Mann Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
